About the Role – Trainee Quality Analyst
Infrrd is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Quality Analyst to join the Product Engineering team in Bangalore, Karnataka.
This full-time internship opportunity is ideal for recent graduates passionate about software testing, quality assurance, and automation. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to ensuring high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee Quality Analyst, your role will include:
- Assisting in manual and automation testing of web applications.
- Understanding product requirements and helping design relevant test cases.
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects.
- Collaborating with developers to ensure product quality and performance.
- Learning and applying QA methodologies, Selenium + Java automation, and software testing best practices.
- Continuously improving testing processes through curiosity and innovation.
Eligibility & Skills Required
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology from a reputed university.
- Graduation year: 2024 or 2025.
- Minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics.
Technical Skills:
- Exposure to Java, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing and Automation Testing (preferably Selenium + Java).
- Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
- Completion of a software testing course is an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and curiosity to explore new technologies.
- A proactive mindset with the “Trouble the Trouble” attitude.
