Key Responsibilities
As a Linux & Systems Engineer, you will:
Deploy and Manage Linux Infrastructure
- Configure and maintain large-scale Linux environments.
- Support production and non-production systems.
- Work with enterprise Linux distributions such as RHEL, Oracle Linux, and CentOS.
Storage Infrastructure Management
- Configure SAN storage environments.
- Manage FCP and InfiniBand multipath storage devices.
- Maintain flash storage appliances.
Automation and Configuration Management
- Build automation tools to improve reliability.
- Work with Puppet, Ansible, and scripting technologies.
- Reduce manual intervention through automation.
Software Development and Scripting
- Develop operational tools using:
- Python
- Go
- Bash
- Java
- Ruby
- Swift
Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Debug complex infrastructure issues.
- Review storage and system performance.
- Improve reliability and efficiency.
Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Software Developers

to support new products and services across Apple.

Experience
- 0–18 months of industry experience.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in:
