Role Responsibilities
- Deliver technical capabilities for Technology Consulting projects.
- Understand, interpret, and analyze business requirements.
- Create and manage technical and functional documentation.
- Participate in system design, coding, development, and unit testing.
- Create test data and execute test scripts.
- Support infrastructure activities and follow process/tools compliance.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Suggest practical solutions and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
- Good coding knowledge in any programming language.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts, SDLC, documentation, and testing.
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Time management and task prioritization capabilities.
Good to Have
- Exposure to modern technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Automation).
- Internship or academic projects in software development or analytics.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, or testing tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to suggest improvements.
Eligibility
- Year of Graduation: 2025
- Required Aggregate: 60% or CGPA 6.5+
- Eligible Degrees:
- B.E/B.Tech – CSE, IT, Allied CS branches, Circuit branches
- M.E/M.Tech / 5-year integrated courses – CS/IT
- MCA
- Should not have applied for any consulting role at Deloitte US–India in the last 6 months.
- Must register under the Apprenticeship Act (tripartite agreement).
- 1-year probation period from joining date.

Salary & Other Details
- CTC as per company standards (competitive for Analyst Trainee roles).
