About the Role – Software Engineer (Winter Intern)
Rubrik is looking for a Software Engineer – Winter Intern to join its Bangalore, India office. This is a unique opportunity for students passionate about software engineering, data security, and AI to gain hands-on experience with world-class engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Internship Duration: January 2026 – May 2026
Work Mode: Onsite (No remote option)
Location: Bangalore, India
Key Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer Intern at Rubrik, you will:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with technical expertise.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks and performance issues within the software stack.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable software products.

Eligibility & Skills Required
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- CGPA: 8.0 or above
- Graduation Year: 2026
- Branch: Circuital branches only (e.g., CSE, ECE, IT, EE, etc.)
- Availability: January 2026 – May 2026 (Onsite in Bangalore)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Scala, or Python.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and data structures.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
