Sirma Business Consulting India Private Limited, a growing tech company, is inviting applications for the Frontend Developer Intern (React.js/TypeScript) position at its Marathahalli, Bengaluru office. This 6-month Internship to Hire role offers hands-on experience in building modern, scalable web applications. Based on performance during the internship, candidates may be offered a full-time role with an annual package of ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA.

Requirements / Eligibility Criteria for Candidates
- Skills Required: React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Git, Responsive/Mobile-first Web Design, Tailwind CSS, Frontend Build Tools (Webpack/Vite)
- Preferred Knowledge: REST APIs, GraphQL, Web Accessibility (A11Y), Security Best Practices
- Location: Marathahalli, Bengaluru (On-site)
- Workdays: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
- Internship Duration: 6 months
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
- Salary after Conversion: ₹3 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Frontend Developer Intern (React.js/TypeScript) at Sirma Business Consulting India Private Limited, your responsibilities may include:
- Developing responsive, modular, and interactive UI components using React.js and TypeScript
- Implementing Test-Driven Development (TDD) with frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library
- Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices
- Collaborating with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX
- Optimizing web applications for performance, SEO, and cross-browser/device compatibility
- Integrating REST APIs and GraphQL as needed
- Using CSS3 and Tailwind CSS to build reusable design systems and styles
- Participating in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and documentation
- Applying front-end algorithms and state management techniques for efficient UI logic
