As part of the FCSO Development Team, you will contribute to building, managing, and optimizing data solutions that drive compliance, regulatory, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient code and handle raw/unstructured data.
- Participate in software development lifecycle (Agile/Waterfall).
- Apply coding standards, versioning, and branching best practices.
- Work with Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Spark, Bash scripting, and SQL.
- Build ETL/ELT pipelines in Hadoop.
- Use job orchestration tools like Control M.
- Support data reporting with tools like Tableau, Dataiku, MSTR.
- Collaborate with FCSO development teams and business stakeholders.
- Adhere to Standard Chartered’s Conduct Principles and compliance policies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Hands-on experience in Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, SQL.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and job orchestration tools (Control M).
- Knowledge of Enterprise Data Warehouse and Reference Data Management is a plus.
