Job Description

As a Technical Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting investigations on front-end applications.
  • Capturing information, applying fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally.
  • Using backend techniques, including:
    • Gathering log files.
    • Querying tables.
    • Updating database fields.
    • Cycling servers.
  • Ensuring effective communication with clients and internal collaborators, both verbally and in writing.
  • Documenting notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
  • Prioritizing work based on severity, balancing client and business needs.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure issues are addressed by the right individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Managing incidents, problems, and change requests.
  • Supporting clients and collaborating globally.
  • Maintaining documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Communicating technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of related work experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Computer Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Information Systems
    • Software Engineering
    • Or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in:
    • Application Support
    • Client/Customer Support
    • Incident Management
    • Problem Management
    • Change Management
  • Strong knowledge of SQL (Structured Query Language).
  • Readiness to work in 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST shift.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication with stakeholders across regions.
  • Flexibility to work in different shifts and provide on-call support.

Required Skills

  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • SQL expertise.
  • Technical Support experience.
