Job Summary
As a Trainee (SAP Finance VIM), you will join Cognizant’s dynamic technology team. The role involves working on SAP Finance VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) solutions to streamline financial operations, enhance accuracy, and optimize workflows.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to business-critical implementations, and gain hands-on exposure to SAP Finance systems in a hybrid setup.
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP Finance VIM solutions that enhance financial operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Finance configurations.
- Provide technical support & troubleshooting to minimize process disruptions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Finance VIM processes and configurations.
- Conduct training sessions for team members on SAP Finance VIM functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations to reduce costs.
- Assist in design & execution of test plans to validate system compliance.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement enhancements.
- Support system integrations with other financial tools to ensure seamless data flow.
- Participate in project planning and execution to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and financial regulations.
- Stay updated on emerging SAP VIM technologies and recommend innovations.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve team goals.
Required Qualifications
