Program: Mercor Software Engineer Role
Hiring Opportunity: Full-Time Software Engineer
Location: Remote (Must be able to work until 11am PT timezone)
Work Timing: Evening hours aligned with Pacific Time preferred
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $20K–$100K
- Performance Bonuses: Up to 40% of base
- $1K Referral Bonus also available
What We’re Looking For
Eligibility / Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- Open to developers worldwide
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and grow rapidly
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with React, Next.js
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Hands-on with SQL/NoSQL database design
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
