About the Role
AT&T is seeking a Senior Associate Software Engineer to join our Business Technology and Product Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Spring Boot for backend services and React for the frontend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
- Development & Coding: Build, test, and maintain software using Spring Boot and React.
- Code Quality: Follow coding standards, best practices, and participate in peer code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and QA teams.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve backend and frontend technical issues.
- Learning & Growth: Continuously learn new technologies to support Spring Boot/React and other initiatives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Agile Practices: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
