Eligibility Criteria
Education
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA equivalent to 6.0 or above (as per university guidelines)
- Open school/distance education allowed for 10th & 12th only
Additional Academic Rules
- No active backlogs at the time of joining; all must be cleared along with 8th semester.
- Max 3 years of gap in education (between 10th and start of graduation).
- No gaps allowed during graduation; must be completed in stipulated time (4 years for BE/BTech).
- Must be from a full-time degree course recognized by the Central/State Government.
- Candidates must have completed a 3-month cool-off period from any previous Wipro assessment.
Citizenship
- Indian Citizens, or PIO/OCI card holders.
- Bhutan & Nepal nationals must provide citizenship proof.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
Year of Passing
- 2025 graduates only

- B.E./B.Tech (Compulsory)
- M.E./M.Tech – 5-year integrated courses

Job Designation & Compensation
- Designation: Project Engineer
- CTC: INR 3.50 LPA
- Service Agreement: 12 months post-joining, INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis
Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment
- Aptitude Test: Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability (English)
- Written Communication Test: Essay writing
- Programming Test: Two coding questions in Java, C, C++, or Python
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
- English communication and clarity evaluation
Round 3 – Business Discussion
- Technical and HR discussion based on project, academics, and skills

- Wipro reserves the right to permit or limit participation.
- Only candidates clearing all rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI).
- LOI-accepted candidates must complete pre-skilling training before receiving the final offer.
- Wipro reserves the right to withdraw offers if candidate fails to meet criteria at any stage.
- Strict prohibition of malpractices—fraud, impersonation, or using unfair means will lead to immediate offer withdrawal and possible legal action.
