Job Description
As an Associate Analyst, you will work on data analytics projects supporting United’s MileagePlus loyalty program. You will support business decisions by preparing reports, automating dashboards, and conducting statistical and predictive analysis on customer behavior and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ad-hoc decision-making through scenario analysis and analytics projects
- Gather and clean data using SQL, Python, or R
- Automate and maintain dashboards and reports using TIBCO Spotfire or similar tools
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Data Science, IT, and Engineering
- Prepare data-driven presentations for leadership and external stakeholders
- Conduct statistical modeling and analysis related to customer engagement and marketing
Eligibility Criteria
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Skills:
- 0–1 years of analytics or data-related experience
- Knowledge of Python, R, SAS
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, TIBCO Spotfire, Oracle OBIEE
