Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, triage, and resolve issues via Eye on Glass, Mailbox, or Knowledge Base (KBs).
- Partner with L2 teams for event management and knowledge transfer.
- Handle incidents using SNOW and participate in RCA investigations.
- Perform daily checks, batch monitoring, job reruns, service restarts.
- Involved in application deployment, weekend validation, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- 2+ years in application support (preferably in banking domain).
- Understanding of ITIL framework (certification preferred).
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in 24×7 rotational shifts from the office.
- Basic knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Request Management.
