As an agri-tech enterprise, we leverage robust technology to safeguard India’s nutrition security while making digital solutions accessible and user-friendly for rural communities.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer (Fresher) who is passionate about ensuring product quality. In this role, you’ll assess software quality through manual and automated testing, identify bugs, and collaborate with a talented engineering team to deliver robust mobile applications.
Requirements / Eligibility Criteria for Candidates
- Education: Graduate in CS/IT or related field (or equivalent training in QA)
- Experience: 0 – 2 years (Internship or training in manual/automation testing considered)
- Location: Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka
- Skills Required:
- Manual and automated testing (Selenium, Appium preferred)
- Knowledge of IDEs like XCode and Android Studio
- Familiarity with JIRA, GIT, SQL, databases
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments
- API Testing (Postman, SoapUI)
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber)
- Understanding of security fundamentals (authentication, cryptography) – desirable
Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Lead to design effective test strategies and plans
- Execute manual and automated test cases (Functional, Integration, Regression)
- Build and maintain automated regression suites
- Report defects, test results, and statistics
- Work closely with architects to design test cases for automation
- Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies and agile processes
