About the Apprenticeship
The Google Apprenticeship Program is a 12-month, full-time opportunity designed to help graduates gain real-world technical and professional skills. Apprentices will spend:
- 20% of their time on structured external training.
- 80% of their time working on live projects with Google teams.
You will learn coding, development, testing, and project management, while applying problem-solving skills to real challenges and gaining exposure to industry-standard practices.
Program Details
- Program Title: Software Application Development Apprenticeship
- Start Date: March 2026
- Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time, ~40 hours per week)
- Mode: Hybrid (in-person + remote)
- Locations: Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai
- Application Deadline: 14th September 2025
Eligibility Criteria
- Degree Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming Skills: Less than 1 year of experience in Java, C++, or Python.
- Other Requirements:
- Applicants must not have participated in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs.
- Aadhaar linked to an active mobile number and a personal email ID (mandatory).
- Commitment to complete the full 12-month program in a hybrid setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Adaptability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Passion for new technologies, demonstrated via projects or learning.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Learn and follow coding standards ensuring quality compliance.
- Contribute to software development, testing, and integration.

- Support your team across multiple aspects of development.
Application Process
- Complete your online application before 14th September 2025.
- The process will span 18 to 24 weeks including screening, assessments, and interviews.
- Selected apprentices will join Google in March 2026.
