Requirements / Eligibility Criteria for Candidates

  • Eligible Degrees: B.Tech, B.E., M.Tech, M.S., and Dual/Integrated degrees.
  • Eligible Batches:
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s: 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029
    • Dual/Integrated: 2026, 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030
  • Students must register as solo participants.
  • Candidates must have a strong academic record and passion for software development.
  • Open to engineering students across all colleges in India.

Job / Challenge Details

  • Program: Flipkart GRiD 7.0 – Software Development Track
  • Hiring Opportunity: Software Development Engineer – I (SDE-1)
  • Location: Remote for early rounds; Top 48 finalists will attend the national finals at Flipkart HQ, Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities

As a GRiD participant, your journey will include:

  • Round 1: Screening based on academic and non-academic achievements.
  • Round 2: Coding Assessment – 90-minute proctored test with 3 programming questions.
  • Round 3: Business Case-Based Tech Solution – Submit code and documentation to solve a real Flipkart problem.
  • Round 4: National Finals – Build and present a working prototype in teams of 4 at Flipkart HQ, Bangalore.

Depending on your performance and year of study, you may be shortlisted for:

  • Summer Internship (for 3rd-year students)
  • Winter Internship (for 4th-year students)
  • Full-time SDE-1 Roles (for 4th-year students)
