Job Description
As a Trust & Safety New Associate at Accenture, you will work with leading platform companies to ensure a safe and positive online environment. Your role will involve reviewing, classifying, and moderating user-generated content such as profiles, audio, video, and text. This is meaningful work that directly contributes to keeping the internet safe.
You will also gain hands-on experience in content analysis, investigation, and decision-making, while contributing to the safety and trust of online communities.
⚠️ Note: This role may involve exposure to sensitive or objectionable content (graphic, violent, or sexual in nature). Accenture provides support programs to ensure the well-being and resilience of employees working in Trust & Safety.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, classify, and remove content based on client guidelines.
- Stay updated on policies and guidelines provided by clients.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content issues.
- Act as an advocate for user community safety.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Engage in continuous training and discussions for professional development.
- Work in rotational shifts and manage workload under supervision.
