Job Role: Tech Support Intern
As a Tech Support Intern at Exotel, you will:
- Conduct in-depth analysis and resolution of customer tickets.
- Simulate customer issues to find solutions and fixes to customer inquiries.
- Gain a thorough understanding of Exotel products and become a champion of Exotel-specific tools and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with teams like Customer Happiness, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering to build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Stay curious to explore newer and better ways to resolve customer issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- Engineering / BSc / equivalent degree with 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Willingness to work in shifts; self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong communication & troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze, research, and solve highly technical and unique problems.
- Technical Skills:
- Good command of Linux CLI tools.
- Proficient in writing SQL queries.
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language (PHP, Python, etc.).
- Prompt response to support-related phone calls, chat & emails.
